TWO WAYS OF WORKING WITH US
distribution / representation
With distribution, Laura
Crawford Inc. (LCI) and your
company negotiate a price for
LCI to buy your products at. LCI acts as a sales rep, calling and emailing for orders. Once an order is placed, LCI places an order and pays the negotiated price. Your company will then ship directly to the store with a packing slip and shipping label LCI provides.
There is no monthly fee under distribution. Services are largely the same as working with us under representation.

More traditional sales representation. Laura Crawford Inc. (LCI) and your company sign a representation agreement that includes a commission percentage agreement. LCI calls and emails for sales and sends any orders to you. You send the order using your invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels. Your company will pay commission on any sales at the end of each month. A monthly fee is often negotiated though not necessary. Fewer services are offered for
vendors that do not pay monthly fee.
